The members of the Brantford Police Service Community Patrol and Street Crime Unit investigated at a Dublin Street residence which resulted in the seizure of several firearms, a stun gun, the recovery of a stolen firearm and the seizure of controlled drugs.
Friday November 23
BPS continued the investigation and located 2 suspect males within a motor vehicle in the City of Brantford.
The males were arrested and Police seized 97 grams of Methamphetamine with a street value of $14,670.00 along with a large sum of money.
The passenger, a 31-year-old Brantford man faces charges of Possession of Stolen Property under $5000.00, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Careless Storage of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm x 5 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Possession of a Controlled Substance x2 and Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
The driver of the motor vehicle a 31-year-old Paris man is charged with Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
