Iroquois Street:

On Friday January 11, 2019 just after 9:30 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a suspicious male on Iroquois Street. An unknown male was in the area yelling and screaming, running in and out of traffic and causing a disturbance. Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the male. While speaking with male information was received that he was currently wanted on an outstanding warrant for his arrest and that he was currently bound by court orders with conditions. The accused was arrested without incident. While dealing with the accused he was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine ($70 value). A 46-year-old Brantford male was arrested on the outstanding warrant and has been further charged with Cause a Disturbance, Breach of Undertaking and Breach of Probation under the Criminal Code.

He has further been charged with Illegal Drug Possession,  January 14, 2019 under ‘Controlled Substance under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act’. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
