On Sunday April 28, 2019 just after 6:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service responded to a 9-1-1 call at a residence on Victoria Street.

Two males had broken into the victim’s residence where he was assaulted and his phone was stolen. The suspects fled the residence on foot. Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the victim who was not injured as a result of the incident.

One of the suspects was located a short distance away from the residence and arrested without incident. A 29-year-old Brantford male has been charged with Break, Enter and Commit and Robbery. Brantford Police Service continues to investigate this incident and a second suspect is still outstanding.
