Brantford Police found deceased man on Roy Boulevard.

Brantford Police were called to an address on Roy Blvd May 3^rd at 2 a.m.

A 19-year-old Brantford man who was located at the scene was arrested charged with second degree murder and breach of probation.

The identity of the victim and the circumstances surrounding the death is under investigation by the BPS major crime unit.
