Disturbance – Commercial Building

On Sunday May 20, 2018 just after 11:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a call from a business on Market Street. A male had entered into the business and started to cause a disruption for customers and staff. The staff were dealing with the male and his behavior which was causing customers to leave. The male had previously been trespassed from the store and was asked to leave by staff but refused. Community Patrol Officers attended to the business were they located the male. The male continued to cause a scene and was arrested without incident. Investigation revealed that the accused was currently bound by a court order with conditions. A 43 year old Brantford male is charged with Causing a Disturbance, Common Nuisance and Breach of Probation. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
