On Sunday July 1, 2018 just before 2:00 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a call to attend a residence on Banbury Road. The victim reported that she had returned home and noticed that her ex-boyfriend was standing in her house. She had received numerous harassing phone calls, voice messages and text messages from him over the course of the evening. Community Patrol Officers attended to the residence where they located the accused inside. Investigation revealed that the accused was currently bound by a court order with conditions. A 34 year old Brantford male is charged with Criminal Harassment and Unlawfully in a Dwelling House under the Criminal Code. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
