Two men arrested after several cars broken into in West Brant
Brantford Police Service arrested two males after several cars were broken into early Tuesday morning.
A B.E.A.T patrol officer, working downtown spotted the men near Queen and Darling Streets and recognized them from surveillance footage of the thefts from an underground parking garage on Helen Avenue.
Residents reported four cars entered, two were damaged and two pairs of ladies running shoes, a Samsung Galaxy phone, a box of unopened diapers and a Lenovo Think pad were stolen.
A 46-year-old and 48-year-old males were arrested without incident and charged with theft under $5,000 and mischief under $5,000
