On Wednesday June 20, 2018 just after 2:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a suspicious male walking down Dalhousie Street. The male was carrying a large stick and was using it to smash garbage cans and hitting it off walls, yelling and screaming at people trying to engage them in a fight. Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the male who was arrested without incident. A 33 year old Brantford male is charged with Causing a Disturbance and Possession of Weapons Dangerous. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
