On Monday June 25, 2018 Brantford Police Service received a report of property damage. The victim reported that she had been in her vehicle with her ex-boyfriend. The two had been talking when the accused got upset and started to yell at the victim. The accused got out of the vehicle, slammed the car door shut and proceeded to kick the vehicle. The accused kicked the vehicle several times, causing damage to the front bumper and quarter panel. The accused left the area and the victim contacted police. Community Patrol Officers were able to locate and arrested the accused without incident. Investigation revealed that the accused is currently bound by a court order with conditions. A 37 year old Brantford male is charged with Mischief to Property Under $5000 and Breach of Probation. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
