On Tuesday July 3, 2018 just after 9:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a domestic disturbance at a residence on Shellard Lane. The accused had attended to her ex-boyfriend’s residence and started to cause a disturbance. She was asked to leave by the victim numerous times but refused. The accused began to argue with the victim, punched him and threatened to kill him. Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located and arrested the accused without incident. The victim was not injured during the incident. A 33 year old Brantford woman is charged with Assault and Utter Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
