On Thursday September 13, 2018 just before 1:00 a.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle traveling on Colborne Street. Information was received that the vehicles validation was expired. Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male driver. Investigation revealed that the driver was currently a disqualified driver from a prior conviction as well as his driver’s licence was suspended regarding unpaid fines. A 36 year old Windsor male is charged with Driving While Disqualified under the Criminal Code as well as Drive While Under Suspension under the Highway Traffic Act. The vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
