The Brantford Police Service is currently investigating a threat that was made to Brantford Collegiate Institute.

On November 7, 2018 at around 2:30PM, the Branford Police Service commenced an investigation into an incident at Brantford Collegiate Institute on Brant Ave. The school received an anonymous phone call with a threat to the school. Brantford Police responded to the school which was still occupied by students and staff. The school was placed in a hold and secure while Police conducted an investigation and evacuated the occupants to a safe location.

The Brantford Police Service takes these types of incident very seriously. This incident will be fully investigated and appropriate charges will be filed if applicable.
