On Thursday June 6, 2019 members of the Brantford Police Service –
Task Force conducted an investigation into a residence located on Grand River Ave. As
a result of the investigation, a search warrant was executed. As a result of the search
warrant, a large amount of drugs, paraphernalia and a firearm were located. Officers
located $11,500 worth of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine, $1,400 worth of
suspected Fentanyl, $350 worth of Cocaine and a rifle with ammunition.

A 29 year old
Brantford male has been charged with Unauthorized possession of a firearm and Careless
storage of a firearm and ammunition under the Criminal Code. He is also charged with
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x3 under the Controlled Drugs and Substances
Act.
