On Saturday June 15, 2019 just before 9:30 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a Break and Enter to a residence on Peel Street. An unknown male was seen inside a residence that was currently being renovated. Community Patrol Officers attended to the residence where they located and arrested the male without incident.

Investigation revealed that the accused had broken into the residence through a side window that had been boarded up during the renovation. While inside, the accused stole wiring that had been installed inside the residence.

A 33-year-old Brantford male has been charged with Break, Enter and Commit, Theft Under $5000, Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 and Breach of Probation.
