On Wednesday May 8, 2019 at approximately 2:45 a.m. Community Patrol Officers located a vehicle parked in a business parking lot on Brantwood Park Road.

Officers spoke to the male driver who was showing signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to the Brantford Police Service where he was to provide samples of his breath as required by law. The accused’s reading were over two times the legal limit.

A 48-year-old Kitchener male is charged with Operation While Impaired and 80 Plus. His license was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
