On Saturday November 16, 2019 Brantford Police Service responded to a 9-1-1 call regarding an assault at an address on Colborne St. Two males had been at a residence when a verbal argument ensued which turned into a physical altercation. The accused began to punch and then struck the 35 year old victim with a hammer. The victim was able to get the accused out of his residence and shut the door when the accused forced his way back into the residence.
