On Thursday June 27, 2019 just before 9:00 p.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle traveling on Henrietta Street by William Street. Information was received that the vehicle had been reported stolen from another jurisdiction. Officers observed a female driver and a male passenger. The vehicle continued and at one point pulled over to the side of the road where the occupants switched seats and drove away. Officers were able to successfully stop the vehicle and arrest the occupants.While dealing with the accused a small amount of suspected fentanyl was located.
